Our restaurant La Mandale favours authenticity in its dishes, which is why our partner producers are based in the Pays de la Loire region. You will find below a presentation of some of them.

Alice Ménard

Alice Ménard is a market gardener who has taken over several hectares of her father’s land in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles. Growing local produce is a family tradition that Alice Ménard is striving to modernise, in particular through quality soil and a move to 100% organic farming.

Les jardins de Saint-Hilaire

Adjacent to the Jardins de Riez in the Vendée, Olivier Léauté produces summer vegetables on former salt marshes, mainly for the catering trade. He currently supplies around fifteen restaurant owners in Nantes.

Spiru Champi & cie

Mushroom and spirulina producer in Saint-Georges-de-Montaigu in the Pays de la Loire region. The 2 products complement each other in terms of production season, from April to October for spirulina and from September to June for mushrooms.

His desire is to continue to develop a vegetable and fruit crop for direct sale, on the markets, and as part of AMAP. It offers a variety of seasonal vegetables, red berries, and jams. There are vegetable plants depending on the season.
