The restaurant’s setting is also a strong point, as the rue Léon Jamin offers a convivial atmosphere away from the city. We are very close with our producers, and guarantee an authentic approach to gastronomy.
The team
La Mandale
Friends for over 15 years, Léo and Maximilien came up with the name of their restaurant by chance after a simple joke. They wanted a “punchy” name, so La Mandale met this criterion.
In their own words, “La Mandale means a slap in the face that you take once and that you remember”. Long-time friends, they both had the same objectives: to create a warm place, with relaxed service and Breton cuisine with Asian influences.
